Purpose

The purpose of this assessment is to encourage individuals to recognize their coping methods and to reflect on whether they might need to adjust their thoughts or behavior patterns regarding stress management.

In this assessment, even-numbered items represent relatively beneficial coping strategies, while odd-numbered items indicate relatively detrimental coping strategies. Participants are encouraged to celebrate the even-numbered choices and consider changing any odd-numbered choices.
