De Urogenital Distress Inventory (UDI) is een vragenlijst die wordt gebruikt voor het vaststellen van de urogenitale symptomen en de ervaren hinder hiervan. Iedere vraag bestaat uit twee onderdelen. Het eerste deel van de vraag betreft uitsluitend de aanwezigheid van een bepaald symptoom, het tweede deel behandelt de mate van hinder die het symptoom oplevert. Hoe hoger de score op de UDI, des te meer hinder ervaart de patiënt.
