COVID-19 Health Crisis Experiences Interview Guide

Abstract

The COVID-19 Health Crisis Experiences Interview Guide (Ben Rejeb, Isaac, & Januel, 2023) was developed to measure the health crisis experiences of psychiatric patients (diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus or not) during the first wave of the coronavirus from March to June 2020. A semi-structured questionnaire with eight items was developed. The questions aimed to capture the experiences of the pandemic and confinement by hospitalized patients, affected or not by COVID-19. Administration of the interview was conducted using hospitalized patients (six COVID-19+ patients and six patients (COVID-) who did not contract the virus) in France. Administration and completion of the interview averaged about 30 minutes.
