Adolescent Mental Health Literacy Assessment Questionnaire – Chinese Version

Description

Mental health literacy (MHL) is a concept based on the framework of health literacy. It refers to the individual’s knowledge or beliefs regarding the recognition, management, and prevention of mental disorders, including identification of mental disorders, causes or risk factors, self-help, and seeking professional assistance. Currently, mental health issues such as depression and anxiety significantly affect the physical and mental health development of adolescents, and insufficient mental health literacy is a crucial risk factor contributing to adolescent mental health problems. Improving adolescents’ mental health literacy can enhance their mental health status.
