De Client-Centred Care Questionnaire (CCCQ) oftewel Vragenlijst Cliëntenperspectief op vraaggerichtheid van de zorg, is een meetinstrument voor mensen met een chronische aandoening die thuiszorg ontvangen. Het instrument is bedoeld om inzicht te krijgen in de door de cliënt ervaren klantgerichtheid van de zorg, zoals geboden door verpleegkundigen en verzorgenden in de thuissituatie.
