De SPES-SCOPA vormt een simpele, snel uitvoerbare en gebruiksvriendelijke scoringsschaal voor de evaluatie van Parkinson. Zij is een aangepaste versie van de SPES en is opgenomen als onderdeel van de Scales for Outcomes in Parkinson’s Disease (SCOPA). Zij bestaat uit 21 items die zijn verdeeld over drie subcategorieën: motorische evaluatie, ADL en motorische complicaties
