PsyCap Questionnaire-24 – Chinese Version

Description

The concept of psychological capital, proposed by Luthans et al., emphasizes the positive psychological resources and strengths of individuals. It is defined as “the core psychological elements of individual positivity, specifically manifested as psychological states that align with positive organizational behavior standards. It transcends human capital and social capital and can be developed through targeted investment to give individuals a competitive advantage.” Psychological capital consists of four positive psychological states.
