1. 您进行体育锻炼的强度怎样? (How intense is your physical exercise?)
A. 轻微运动 (Light exercise, such as walking, doing radio calisthenics, playing gateball, etc.)
B. 小强度的不太紧张的运动 (Low-intensity, less intense exercise, such as recreational volleyball, table tennis, jogging, tai chi, etc.)
C. 中等强度的较激烈的持久运动 (Moderate-intensity, more intense, endurance exercises, such as cycling, running, playing table tennis, etc.)
D. 呼吸急促,出汗很多的大强度,但并不持久的运动 (High-intensity exercise that is not enduring but causes rapid breathing and heavy sweating, such as playing badminton, squash, tennis, soccer, etc.)
E. 呼吸急促,出汗很多的大强度的持久的运动 (High-intensity, enduring exercise that causes rapid breathing and heavy sweating, such as racing, full set aerobics, swimming, etc.)

2. 您在进行上述强度体育活动时,一次多少分钟? (How many minutes do you spend on each of the above exercises?)
A. 10分钟以下 (Less than 10 minutes)
B. 11至20分钟 (11 to 20 minutes)
C. 21至30分钟 (21 to 30 minutes)
D. 31至59分钟 (31 to 59 minutes)
E. 60分钟以上 (More than 60 minutes)

3. 您一个月进行几次上述体育活动? (How many times do you engage in these activities each month?)
A. 一个个月一次以下 (Less than once a month)
B. 一个与2至3次 (2 to 3 times a month)
C. 每周1至2次 (1 to 2 times a week)
D. 每周3至5次 (3 to 5 times a week)

The study notes that individuals of different ages and genders have distinct anatomical, physiological, and psychological characteristics. The exercise projects should correspond to the physical and mental attributes of the exerciser. For example, children should engage in play, dance, swimming, jump rope, etc.; young adults may prefer running, swimming, ball games, martial arts, cycling, etc.; while middle-aged and elderly individuals may find slow jogging, tai chi, qigong, fitness exercises etc. more suitable. Those with certain diseases should adopt targeted exercise programs to achieve optimal results.
