Description
The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) is a tool mainly used to assess patients’ mental symptoms and interactions over the past week. It consists of a 7-point rating scale based on the intensity, frequency, duration of symptoms, and the degree of their impact on functioning. The appropriate response for the patient is selected according to the criteria: ① 无症状 (No Symptoms); ② 很轻 (Very Mild); ③ 轻度 (Mild); ④ 中度 (Moderate); ⑤ 偏重 (Marked); ⑥ 重度 (Severe); ⑦ 极重 (Extreme).
