TRIGEMINAL NERVE

the fifth and biggest cranial nerve, that houses both sensory and motor fibers. The motor fibers are mainly involved with the muscles utilized in chewing, tongue motions, and swallowing. The sensory fibers innervate the same regions, inclusive of the teeth and the majority of the tongue as well as the jaws. Some fibers of it innervate the scalp, cornea, the brain’s dura mater membrane, and the face.

TRIGEMINAL NERVE: “The trigeminal nerve is often referenced as cranial nerve V.”
