Symptom Distress (SD)‚ Social-Role functioning (SR) and Interpersonal Relationships (IR)
5-point Likert scale ranging from “0=never” to “4= almost always”.
For the three Alcohol Use items‚ respondents were prompted to se‎lect “never” as their response if they did not drink nor use drugs.
