Stress Questionnaire for Middle School Students – Chinese Version

Description

Learning pressure refers to the manifestation of stress in academic contexts. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines learning pressure as the negative emotional responses exhibited by students when faced with challenging or threatening learning events. Convingtion considers learning pressure to be the negative and maladaptive feelings arising from the process of failing to achieve one’s learning goals, which can further influence students’ achievement motivation. Learning pressure is a psychological burden and tension caused by stimulating events related to learning. Moderate learning pressure can enhance students’ cognitive abilities and improve learning efficiency, but excessive learning pressure can lead to learning fatigue, anxiety, and aversion to learning.
