Evaluation instrument in psychology, constructed to identify and analyze the initial stages of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. Contains diagnosis criteria based on behavioral patterns and allows for a six point scale to measure severity of five weakened positive symptoms, four chaotic symptoms, and four typical symptoms.
