PARTICIPATORY EVALUATION

a form of program assessment wherein the people who rendered a service also have a part in the assessment of the program or service. The formal assessor facilitates the assessment and serves mainly as a resource individual, instead of actually conducting the assessment. Commonly referred to as collaborative assessment- empowerment assessment.
