De Patient Rated Wrist/Hand Evaluation (PRWHE) is een korte vragenlijst die eenvoudig te gebruiken is. De lijst is specifiek voor patiënten met pols- en handproblemen. De PRWHE bevat vragen over de mate van pijn in de pols/hand, de ervaren beperkingen in dagelijkse activiteiten in de afgelopen week. Daarnaast bevat zij een optioneel deel over cosmetiek.
