LEBER’S DISEASE?

otherwise known as Leber’s optic atrophy, first documented by Theodor Leber (1840 – 1917) who was a German ophthalmologist. It is a hereditary visual slow but progressive disorder where peripheral vision remains normal however blind areas appear near the retina.
