BASIC NORDIC SLEEP QUESTIONNAIRE (BNSQ)

n. in questionnaire form, this standardized test applies a five-point quantitative scale. Designed to measure sleep disturbance, it measures the frequency of interrupted sleep within the last 3 months on a scale of never (1) to every night (5). First developed for Nordic countries such as Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland, courtesy of the Scandinavian Sleep Research Society.
