De IQCODE is een screeningstest voor het detecteren van dementie. Zij vraagt via een informant naar veranderingen in het dagelijks cognitief functioneren van de dementerende persoon in de afgelopen 10 jaar. Oorspronkelijk bestond zij uit 39 items, met daarnaast een verkorte versie van 16 items. Nu is de lange versie van de IQCODE aangepast naar 26-items met naast de verkorte versie met 16 items ook een versie met 8 items.
