De Central Sensitization Inventory (CSI) meet de somatische en emotionele symptomen die vaak voorkomen bij een centraal sensitisatie syndroom (CSS). Deel A meet 25 symptomen met 5 antwoordmogelijkheden (0 tot 4). De totaalscore loopt van 0 tot 100. Deel B vraagt of patiënten al eerder zijn gediagnosticeerd met tien specifieke CSS diagnoses.
