TOPOGRAPHAGNOSIA

noun. a disruption of topographical orientation stemming from injury to the parietal lobe in either of the brain’s hemispheres. People have trouble navigating through their surroundings and might get lost in the streets, not be able to locate their way through their homes, or not be able to draw or find substantial features on a map. Topographagnosia is most commonly credited to an agnosia for landmarks.
