De SULCS is een hiërarchisch opgebouwde perfomance-test die uit 10 testonderdelen bestaat om de handvaardigheid van patiënten met een CVA in kaart te brengen. De deelopdrachten worden steeds moeilijker en door deze ordening is het mogelijk om zogeheten Start & Stop regels toe te passen waardoor de test nog sneller af te nemen is.
