De Oxford heup score (OHS) meet pijnintensiteit en functionele beperkingen van de heup bij verschillende activiteiten. De vragenlijst wordt afgenomen bij mensen die een totale heupprothese gekregen hebben en er wordt gekeken naar het functioneren van de afgelopen vier weken. De vragenlijst bestaat uit 12 items, die onderverdeeld zijn in ziektespecifieke en generieke vragen. De maximale totaalscore is 60 en komt overeen met de grootste pijnintensiteit resp. de grootste functionele beperking.
