De Migraine-ACT Questionnaire wordt afgenomen ter inventarisatie van patiënten die een verandering in hun acute migraine behandeling nodig hebben. Het is een door de patiënt zelf in te vullen screening vragenlijst. De lijst bevat vier items, de vragen worden met ja of nee beantwoordt. Als op de vragen meer dan één keer met ja wordt geantwoord, dan zou de aanpak van migraine beter kunnen. De Migraine ACT-Questionnaire kan worden toegepast door artsen, neurologen en hoofdpijnspecialisten.
