De Intermittent and Constant OsteoArthritis Pain (ICOAP) is een vragenlijst voor het beoordelen van de pijn bij mensen met artrose van de heup- en/of knie, rekening houdend met zowel constante als intermitterende pijnervaringen. Als de pijn minder is door het gebruik van medicatie, wordt deze verminderde pijnervaring ook zo ingevuld. Deze vragenlijst kan het best gebruikt worden bij patiënten waarbij de pijn erg wisselend is.
