De Incontinence Impact questionnaire (IIQ) is een vragenlijst die de invloed van incontinentie op activiteiten en participatie nagaat en het fysiek, sociaal en emotioneel functioneren zichtbaar maakt. De vragenlijst bestaat uit 2 delen. Het eerste deel (24 vragen) inventariseert de invloed en de problemen in samenhang met incontinentie. Het tweede deel bestaat uit vragen over de ervaring op emotioneel vlak (6 vragen). Hoe hoger de score op de lijst, hoe groter de invloed op de kwaliteit van leven.
