De DOLOPLUS-2 schaal is een beoordelingsschaal toegepast om gedragsmatige pijnbeoordeling bij ouderen te verrichten. De 10 items zijn geclusterd in drie categorieën: lichamelijke, psychomotorische en psychosociale reactie. Een score van 5 of hoger duidt mogelijk op aanwezigheid van pijn.
