De Childhood Bladder and Bowel Dysfuntion Questionnaire 5-12 jaar (CBBDQ 5-12j) is een gebruiksvriendelijke oudervragenlijst bestaande uit 18-items, die de symptomen van mictie- en defecatieproblemen van hun kind in kaart brengt. De CBBDQ 5-12j is in Nederland ontwikkeld door bekkenfysiotherapeuten met medewerking van kinderartsen, kinderfysiotherapeuten en ouders van 1333 kinderen met en zonder mictie- en/of defecatieklachten [5-12 jaar, gemiddelde leeftijd 7,8 jaar (SD 2.1)].
De CBBDQ 5-12j is geschikt om zelfstandig te worden ingevuld door ouders. De CBBDQ biedt gezondheidsprofessionals en wetenschappelijke onderzoekers een manier om de symptomen van mictie- en defecatieklachten bij kinderen te evalueren.
