Accommodation and Enabling Scale for Eating Disorders–Greek Version

CategoryDetails
DescriptionThe Accommodation and Enabling Scale for Eating Disorders—Greek Version (Lempesi et al., 2024) evaluates the accommodating and enabling behaviors of families of individuals with eating disorders (ED). Adapted from the original AESED (Sepulveda, Kyriacou, & Treasure, 2009), the Greek version includes 33 items across five dimensions: Meal context ritual, Avoidance & modifying routine, Blind eye, Reassure seeking, and Control of family. Data were collected from parents of ED patients, and factor analysis confirmed a five-factor model consistent with the original scale.
