De New Freezing of Gait Questionnaire (NFOG-Q) is een vragenlijst bestaande uit 9 items die betrekking hebben op het ‘freezing’fenomeen. De NFOG-Q is de herziende versie van de FOG-Q die oorspronkelijk uit 6 items bestond. Bij NFOG-Q wordt de gehele vragenlijst alleen doorlopen indien de eerste vraag positief beantwoord wordt. Indien een patiënt niet goed weet wat bedoeld wordt met begrip freezing kan hij de link bekijken van het freezingfilmpje.
