METRAZOL SHOCK TREATMENT

is a form of shock therapy whereby patients are injected intravenously with Metrazol. This is a powerful CNS stimulant which, in this context, induces convulsions and then a coma. It is now rarely used due to the feeling of anxiety and high fatality rates.

METRAZOL SHOCK TREATMENT: “Metrazol shock treatment involves introducing large volumes of metrozol into the body which triggers violent convulsions of the patient.”
