SUPERORDINATE GOAL

1. It is a goal that is of higher importance then some other, less important one; 2. It is a goal that can be achieved only if individuals of few working groups can achieve by joint work that included their knowledge, energy and means.

SUPERORDINATE GOAL: “Superordinate goal is the one achieved by the joint work of several departments in the organisation.”
