PATHOGNOMONIC

adjective. 1. depicting a sign, indication, or a set of signs or indicators which is symptomatic of a particular physical or cognitive disorder and not correlated with other disorders. 2. with regard to that Rorschach inkblot test, designating indicators which point in the direction of maladjustment.

PATHOGNOMONIC: “The pathognomonic image was the most prominently factor in the analysis of his test results.”
