MULTIPLE-ROLE PLAYING

is one of the many techniques to improve a managements development and efficiency in the work place by: breaking up a large group comprising of three people in a row with three people behind them, Each six-person group is given the same problem and each person in that group is given a certain role, they must solve the problem and then report back.

MULTIPLE-ROLE PLAYING: “One of the many techniques used to increase managerial efficiency and productivity, is the multiple role playing technique.”
