MEDICAL HISTORY

is the thorough history of a patients medical treatments and conditions, these usually start from birth if any treatment is required and will carry all important medical information from history of inoculations to GP notes.

MEDICAL HISTORY: “An individuals medical history is a comprehensive detailed analysis of any treatment or health related note which may be important at a later date.”
