BUPROPION

n. an antidepressant which is prescribed as either a fast-release or extended-release preparation. (Trade name: Wellbutrin, Zyban) It augments the treatment of conditions involving hyperactivity and attention deficit. Combined with behavioral treatment, it also helps a patient stop smoking.
