REINFORCEMENT ANALYSIS

An integrated approach to assessing negative vs. positive reinforcements where positive reinforcements include rewards to the community at large, and negative reinforcements carry harmful effects including a breakdown of neighborhoods into ghetto or slum conditions. See also: social trap.
