Graphomotor apraxia, also termed as apraxic agraphia, is the inability to perform the necessary movements in writing or drawing despite the ability to properly hold a pen or a pencil. Those with this condition have a detachment between their cognition and their fine motor skills. This has no exact cause and support often involves continuous practice, providing alternatives such as oral responses and utilization of gadgets.
