Ephemeral

Ephemeral came from the Greek word “ephemeros” which means “lasting for one day”; this is used to describe temporary or short-lived situations, processes, or events. In relation to psychology, one study was on an ephemeral journaling mobile application, that is, the clients could express their thoughts online and these information were deleted after a short time and no trace was left behind. Such ephemeral journaling was effective for those who felt more secure with a casual setting and those who feared that they would be judged for something they have said.
