(1886-1968) an American psychologist best- known for his contribution to experimental psychology. Back in 1904, he attended Cornell University and trained as a psycho-physicist under Prof. Edward H. Titchener. He went on to write his most famous work, the History of Experimental Psychology (1929), which then and now defines this study as to scope and methods. Boring directed the Psychology Lab of Harvard University for 25 years up to the time he retired in 1957.
