BODY LANGUAGE

n. the language spoken by the body in terms of facial expressions, hand gestures, posture, and other body movements. Using non-verbal communication, they express a person’s inner thoughts and feelings. For instance, frowning signals that one is worried or displeased, while turning one’s back and moving away implies avoidance.

BODY LANGUAGE: “In order for body language to be understood, one should send the right cues instead of mixed signals.”
