BLACKOUT LEVEL

n. the saturation point at which a person totally loses consciousness. For instance, a blackout period could occur after a rapid rise in blood alcohol content. As a whole, it is a result of physiological changes which have gone beyond the limits of what the body can handle. Also called blackout threshold.
