Scale Overview
The Work Orientation Scale (ALLBUS) was developed by Davis, Smith, & Stephenson (1981). It is designed to measure Work orientation. The scale is intended for use with Adults.

This instrument consists of 5 items organized into 3 factors/subscales: Factor 1 (Intrinsic/Extrinsic), Factor 2 (Security), Factor 3 (Leisure/Advancement).
