Scale Overview
The Work-Family Conflict Scale – WFCS was developed by Monique A.M. Gignac, E. Kevin Kelloway, Benjamin H. Gottlieb (1996). It is designed to measure Work-Family Conflict. The scale is intended for use with Employed adults.
Scale Structure
This instrument consists of 22 items organized into 4 factors/subscales: Time-based Work Interference with Family, Strain-based Work Interference with Family, Time-based Family Interference with Work, Strain-based Family Interference with Work.
