Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 5 = strongly agree, 4 = agree, 3 = not sure, 2 = disagree, 1 = strongly disagree.
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 38 to 190. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low positivity: 38 – 88
- Moderate positivity: 89 – 140
- High positivity: 141 – 190
