Scale Overview
The Test of Value Activities – TVA was developed by Joseph E. Shorr (1953). It is designed to measure Values. The scale is intended for use with Adults and adolescents.
Scale Structure
This instrument consists of 80 items organized into 4 factors/subscales: Social, Theoretical, Aesthetic, Political/Economic.

Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 0 to 20. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Interest / Value: 0 – 6
- Moderate Interest / Value: 7 – 13
- High Interest / Value: 14 – 20

Administration
