Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Strongly Disagree (SD), 2 = Disagree (D), 3 = Tend to Disagree (TD), 4 = Tend to Agree (TA), 5 = Agree (A), 6 = Strongly Agree (SA).
The scale includes 10 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.

Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 50 to 300. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Spiritual Well-Being: 50 – 133
- Moderate Spiritual Well-Being: 134 – 217
- High Spiritual Well-Being: 218 – 300
Psychometric Properties
Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Not reported in Moberg (1984).
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
