Scale Overview
The Self-Regulation Questionnaire – SRQ was developed by Novak, S.P., & Clayton, R. R. (2001). It is designed to measure Self-regulation. The scale is intended for use with Children and adolescents.

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Never True, 2 = Sometimes True, 3 = Mostly True, 4 = Always True.
The scale includes 10 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.
Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.

Administration
