The Scale to Measure Attitudes and Beliefs of Pharmacists Toward Their Work with Patients – PABS was developed by Dragana Jocić, Dušanka Krajnović (2014). It is designed to measure Pharmacists’ attitudes and beliefs toward patient care. The scale is intended for use with Pharmacists.
Scale Structure
This instrument consists of 30 items organized into 7 factors/subscales: Pharmacists’ interaction with patients, Patient advised by pharmacists, Kind and polite behavior, Love/no love for the work, Understanding of patients, Conflicts and misunderstandings with patients, Pharmacists respect for their patients.

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Not at all disagree, 2 = Mostly disagree, 3 = Disagree, 4 = Mostly agree, 5 = I completely agree.
The scale includes 15 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.

Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
