The Rokeach Dogmatism Scale – Form E (RDS-E) was developed by Milton Rokeach (1960). It is designed to measure Dogmatism. The scale is intended for use with Adults.

Total scores range from 40 to 280. Interpretation guidelines:
Low Dogmatism (Open-minded): 40 – 120
Moderate Dogmatism: 121 – 200
High Dogmatism (Closed-minded): 201 – 280

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of 0.68 – 0.93.
