Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a 5-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree).
The scale includes 18 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 48 to 240. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Religious Belief System: 48 – 96
- Moderate Religious Belief System: 97 – 144
- High Religious Belief System: 145 – 192
- Very High Religious Belief System: 193 – 240
